Julieta Ferrer

Julieta was born in Córdoba, Argentina, graduated from the bachelor's degree in Social Communication at UNC, and arrived in Canada to pursue a master's degree in Hispanic Studies (2021-2022). In this framework, she joined the Surviving Memory project, in which she has participated as a research assistant, specifically collaborating with the subtitling of testimonies of  survivors who are also participants in the project.

Her interests include art, culture, literature, communication, education and social sciences in general. These areas contributed to enriching her time at the project and, in turn, led her to become personally and committedly involved in the experience.

She is currently continuing her journey as a researcher at the communication/education intersection in a SECyT-UNC research team. She is also working on the doctorate in arts and the SIDPyTE of the Ministry of Education of Córdoba (Argentina).
