Josh Hollick-Kenyon
Josh Hollick-Kenyon is an interdisciplinary researcher focused on the intersections between Urban Studies and Migration Studies. He is completing a Master of Arts in Migration and Diaspora Studies at Carleton University , with a specialization in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. His master’s research thesis focuses on the relationship between urban rights and the rights of immigrants in the municipality of São Paulo, Brazil. Josh is currently carrying out fieldwork in São Paulo with the support of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) award. He has also contributed to research projects related to human rights, humanitarian accountability, and historical memory. He enjoys learning, speaking, and researching in Spanish, Portuguese, and French.
