Francisco Linares
Born in El Salvador and raised in Canada, Francisco Linares is deeply passionate about connecting and supporting the Latino and Salvadoran communities. As the current Project Coordinator of the Surviving Memory project and a member of the Board of Directors for FutureWatch, Linares combines his expertise in project management with his commitment to human rights and climate awareness to make a meaningful impact on the project. With over five years of experience in human resources and a background in project coordination within the climate and sustainability sector, Linares brings a unique blend of skills and values to his work. He is dedicated to empowering his community and volunteers his time to teach financial literacy, life skills, and sustainability practices to newcomers in Canada. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Human Resources from the University of Waterloo, Canada.
