Farah Shohib
Born in Cairo, Egypt, Farah Shohib recently graduated with a Master’s in Media Studies program at Western University, Canada, where she also completed a Bachelor's in Media, Information, and Technoculture. With a strong love for visuals and drawn to the art of storytelling, Farah's passions lie in the realms of photography and videography. In the summer of 2023, she joined the Surviving Memory project as a Western Undergraduate Summer Research Internship (USRI) intern, undertaking various projects since then, including video production, editing and website development. Farah is excited to work on such a powerful and impactful initiative that allows her to merge her creative interests with her aspirations for social justice.
